Check In

Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Guests are, of course, welcome to leave their luggage in the storage room earlier.

Check Out

On the day of your departure, check out is 11:00 am. Luggage can be stored in our storage room (1st basement level), where a shower is also available for use after a day on the mountains. Towels are provided. Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability.

Snowboard / Ski Locker

Each room comes with a private locker located on the first basement level, accessible with your room key card. This allows guests to safely store their equipment overnight and, thanks to the integrated heating system for boots and ski shoes, start the day with dry and warm feet.

Wax Room (Winter)

In our wax room we provide all the tools for tuning snowboards and skis.

Workshop and garage for bikes (summer)

In our bike workshop we provide all the tools for tuning bikes.

Prices

All prices are quoted in CHF. Inclusive: Statutory VAT. Exclusive: Visitor's tax and green style tax.

Visitor's tax

Guests aged 18 and over pay a visitor's tax of CHF 5 per person per night.

Kids

Children up to 6 years of age stay free of charge in their parents' room. And of course breakfast is included.

Dogs welcome

The cost is CHF 20 per dog per day (excluding food). By arrangement with the chosen restaurant, dogs are also welcome to join you for meals.

Parking spaces in the underground car park

For guests arriving by car, parking in the Riders Hotel underground garage is mandatory and subject to a fee (CHF 20.00 in winter / CHF 15.00 in summer). We recommend booking your parking space in advance.
