Check In

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 4 pm. On the day of arrival, luggage may of course be deposited earlier in the storage room.

Check Out

On the day of departure, the rooms may be used until 11:00 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our storage room (1st floor). The shower in the storage room may also be used after a day on the mountain. Towels are available. Late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.

Snowboard/Ski Locker

Each room has a lockable cupboard, which is located on the 1st basement floor and can be opened with the room key (or: the keycard for the room). This means that our guests can safely store their equipment overnight and start the day with dry and warm feet thanks to integrated heating for boots and ski boots.

Wax Room (Winter)

In our wax room we provide all the tools for tuning snowboards and skis.

Workshop and garage for bikes (summer)

In our bike workshop we provide all the tools for tuning bikes.

All prices quoted are in CHF. Inclusive: Statutory VAT. Exclusive: visitor's tax and green style tax

Visitor's tax

Guests aged 18 and over pay a visitor's tax of CHF 5 per person per night.

Children

Children up to 6 years stay free of charge in their parents' room. And of course breakfast is included.

Dogs welcome

The costs are CHF 20 per dog and day (without food). After consultation with the restaurant of your choice, your four-legged friends are also welcome to join you for dinner.

Parking spaces in the underground car park

If you arrive with your own car, parking in the Riders Hotel underground car park is obligatory and subject to a charge (winter CHF 20.00 / summer CHF 15.00). We recommend booking the parking space in advance.
